Portland, OR

Free job, literacy and GED services for anyone in the Multnomah County criminal justice system. Services for anyone doing court ordered community service or have a parole officer.

Most of our clients are referred through their Parole/Probation Officer (PPO). PPOs will create a case plan (also called a supervision strategy) to help clients develop a plan for success.

Common points at which clients may be referred to our services include:
- When the client is new to DCJ supervision
- When a client or PPO determines that the client may benefit from additional services
- Clients who have violated the terms of their supervision may also be referred to the Change Center

Clients currently on supervision with Multnomah County DCJ Parole/Probation may contact us with any questions
