St. Andre Bessette

Portland, OR

Morning Hospitality:
Mon-Thurs 9:30am - 11:30am (no entry after 11am)
Sat 9am - 11am
During Morning Hospitality, we welcome community members experiencing poverty, homelessness, mental illness, and addiction. Volunteers work in teams providing food, coffee, basic services, and fellowship.

Evening Hospitality
Fri 7pm - 8:30pm
Every Friday evening our parish invites adult community members to join us for a warm meal and fellowship in our Hospitality Center. The event is sponsored by a different partner parish or organization each week, with groups preparing the meal and bringing volunteers to help serve and build community.

Food Care Program
Wed 9:30am - 11:30am
Offered on Wednesday mornings as part of Morning Hospitality, our Foot Care program provides basic care to members of the community, many of whom are particularly vulnerable to foot pain, swelling, and discomfort due to long days spent on their feet and in the rain. It is an opportunity for practical care of feet, as well as an opportunity to build relationships in a safe and healthy environment.

Food Pantry
Tue-Fri 1pm - 2:30pm
Our Food Pantry provides groceries to households and individuals who live within our parish boundaries and fall within qualifying income levels. We seek to build community with our neighbors while also providing practical assistance. Our food pantry is a equal opportunity provider.

Haircuts
Every Wednesday during Morning Hospitality
