SnowCap is located behind the Rockwood United Methodist Church. Programs include Emergency Food, Clothes for the Whole Family, Mobile Food Pantry, Community Basket, Back to School, Community Garden and Monthly Senior Home-Deliveries
Food boxes, shopping and clothing up to once a month. Proof of address postmarked within 30 days required. Limited energy assistance during cold months (Jan-March), but restricted to east of 82nd Ave.
